Article 1 - Parties

1.2 Buyer Information

The name, surname, title (if any), national ID or tax number, billing address, city, and email declared by the Buyer during the order will be taken as basis. The Buyer's country is automatically detected via IP address.

Article 2 - Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and performance of the digital products and services, the characteristics of which are specified in Article 3, which the Buyer ordered electronically from bakspro.com, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Article 3 - Products and Services Subject to the Agreement

3.1 BaksPro AI Project Kits and Add-ons

BaksPro AI is an AI-powered Erasmus+ project proposal writing assistant. One-time purchase project kits and add-on products:

  • KA1 Kit (₺999): 1 KA1 project slot, 25,000 AI word credits, PDF export, all project sections, 33 language support
  • KA210 Kit (₺1,499): 1 KA210 project slot, 35,000 AI word credits, Word and PDF export, EU policy research, all project sections, 33 language support
  • KA220 Kit (₺1,999): 1 KA220 project slot, 50,000 AI word credits, Word and PDF export, EU policy research, academic research, all project sections, 33 language support
  • Extra Project Slots: KA1 extra project (₺499), KA210 extra project (₺699), KA220 extra project (₺999) - requires the corresponding kit to be purchased
  • Extra AI Word Credits: 25,000 words (₺299), 50,000 words (₺499) - requires any kit to be purchased

Prices exclude VAT. 20% VAT is added at checkout for Turkey. Current prices at the time of order apply. Prices are shown in TRY or EUR based on the user's country (country is automatically detected via IP address). Products are one-time purchases, no subscription.

Article 4 - Nature and Limits of the Service

4.1. The services provided by BaksPro AI include Erasmus+ KA1 (learning mobility of individuals), KA210 (small-scale partnerships), and KA220 (cooperation partnerships) project proposal writing, AI-assisted content generation, and project development assistance. Industry-leading AI language models are utilized for content generation to ensure the highest quality in structuring and writing.

4.2. Nature of AI Outputs:

The content generated by BaksPro AI is AI-assisted suggestions and drafts. The platform creates project sections (context, summary, objectives, methodology, work packages, budget, impact, dissemination, sustainability, partnerships, timeline, risk management) with AI support. Generated content should be considered as a starting point and must be edited by the user.

4.3. Grant Guarantee:

The Seller aims for AI outputs to comply with EU criteria; however, it does not guarantee that the project will be accepted by the National Agency or the EU Commission or receive a grant. The grant decision is at the discretion of independent evaluators. The Buyer accepts that they cannot request a fee refund in case of "no grant".

4.4. User Responsibilities:

  • a) The generated content must be reviewed, edited, and enriched with institutional information by the Buyer.
  • b) AI outputs cannot be used directly as an application form; they should only be considered as a starting point and source of inspiration.
  • c) The Seller does not guarantee the accuracy, currency, or fitness for a particular purpose of the content generated by AI.
  • d) The Buyer is solely responsible for the results of applications made using AI outputs.

Article 5 - Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

5.1. The Buyer's project idea, institutional data, and strategies are considered "Trade Secrets" and are absolutely not shared with third parties by the Seller. Project data transmitted to AI infrastructure providers is used solely for content generation and is not used for model training.

5.2. BaksPro AI infrastructure, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) engine, prompt templates, and training content are the intellectual property of Baksora Teknoloji. The Buyer cannot copy, reproduce, or sell these materials to other institutions.

5.3. Project proposals created by the Buyer with AI are the property of the Buyer and cannot be used by the Seller.

Article 6 - Product Delivery and Activation

  • 6.1. Purchased project kits and add-on products are credited to the user's account immediately after payment approval via iyzico (project slots and AI word credits).
  • 6.2. Products are one-time purchases; there is no automatic renewal or subscription. Credits remain valid as long as they are in the account.
  • 6.3. Technical maintenance and updates are announced in advance. The service may be temporarily unavailable during scheduled maintenance.

Article 7 - Right of Withdrawal and Exceptions

7.1. According to Article 15(ğ) of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation; "Services performed instantly in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer" are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

7.2. The Buyer accepts in advance that from the moment they create a project with BaksPro AI, consume AI word credits, or export a project, the service will be deemed to have been performed and they cannot exercise their right of withdrawal.

7.3. If the purchased kit or add-on has not yet been used (no project created, no word credits consumed), the right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days from the payment date.

Article 8 - Payment

  • 8.1. Payments are processed through the iyzico secure payment infrastructure (Checkout Form). Card details are not stored by the Seller.
  • 8.2. Credit card and debit card payments are accepted. 3D Secure security verification is applied.
  • 8.3. Prices are automatically shown in TRY or EUR based on the user's country. Country is detected via IP address and cannot be changed.

Article 9 - Dispute Resolution

For disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees at the place of residence of the Buyer or Seller are authorized up to the value announced by the Ministry of Commerce each year, and Kastamonu Consumer Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized for disputes exceeding this value.

Article 10 - Validity

The Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement upon making the payment for the order placed on the site.
